Great fast food joint. Pretty awesome selection of burgers and the shakes are the bomb (peanut butter especially. ) Absolutely no complaints, good for your money.

Didn't look very clean or well managed. Had I walked in I might've steered away. I ordered from the drive thru. The food was not great, seriously over priced by size... will certainly go elsewhere next time I need easy.

I got two 3piece chicken and fries they werent fresh they were ice cold.! Why?! No one in line , wont be back.to this location fries werent fresh either

People are friendly and courteous, customers and staff. Breakfast is hot and delivered to your table. Coffee is made one pot at a time when needed therefore is hot also. Lobby is open 24/7 which is nice if you want to eat at a table and not on the go.

I just like em . Good old fashioned burger like I remember from back in the day , going into my Grandma's bar as a kid , lol . Nice , tasty messy burger . Gotta love it .

We love Zips, but this location is a JOKE!! They're the slowest "fast food" establishment I think I've ever frequented. Maybe its just Sunday afternoons but the few times I've been here the drive through takes atleast 20-30 minutes. Everytime.

Love Zips abs this location is great! Always friendly, quick and great food! We don't eat fast food often and this Zips never disappoints! Their ice cream is amazing too!

Very clean dining room. Super nice counter girl. Fast service. One of the few places to get a root beer milkshake!

Love going to Zip's. Generally good food. Last week I was at the drive thru and the young man at the window told me they no longer can take Chase bank visa debit cards. That is the most stupid thing I have ever heard. I had more than enough to cover the purchase.luckily I had cash. I won't be going back.

The burger was horrible! Bun burger and light lettuce mayo American cheese. 3 meals $31.00. Not a McDonald's fan but it differently beats this place! Also shorted a French fry. I ordered 3 meals! The kid behind the counter argued I only ordered 2 meals funny I got the burgers and drinks for 3. Would not make it good. Bummer too because the fries were pretty good. I threw my burger away.

Have been coming to this location for better than 30 years, and in that time i have not experianced such poor customer service as i have today. Planning on dinning in, however when my wife and i walked in, place smells of rancid cooking oil, there is a huge spill in the aisles that had yet to be addressed. We decided to just get our order as take out due to the bad smell. The person at the counter couldnt be bothered, super unfriendly, should have taken note and just walked out. Unfortunately we ordered, received our food and left for the fresh air. Get home and open the burger to find the bacon on top of the bun, seriously. I fix this and take a bite and get a mouth full of green tomatoes that was inedible. Well 30 years comes to an end. I think its time to explore other places. Maybe its time for a White Castle or In/Out burger in Spokane. Zips no longer.

Zips is a highly recognized local franchise, however owners and managers, dabble with profit margins, fine on service, good with respect to menu, Other than the fact that, I've been going to Zips along time, I know when passing off a small fry as a large fry, for the purpose of cost cutting and convincing your your young employees, that that's how it is done,and pretending that slight of hand presentation of food is the answer ? All I can say is shame on you !

Better go inside if you want fry sauce they only give you so Manny and most of these chains will try and charge you unless you come in. foods not the greatest during the early morning or day afternoon is definitely best or around night time

Thought I was going fast food which usually means budget friendly and fast. It was not fast (not slow though) and definitely not budget friendly, especially for Spokane wage earners. Got fish and chips, drink, tots and a small shake and it set me back 33 dollars. For real? I could have gone to a decent restaurant with a waiter for about the same...okay maybe in the Olive Garden category but still. I ordered a large tot and got a little paper baggie. Zips tries to be flashback to the 60s but they lost sight of some ideas that made it work. I believe they are struggling as the building maintenance is wanting. Usually one of the first signs of dwindling profits. I won't be coming again for those prices.

The food is made to order is tasty fast food and a Northwest classic. Its been in business many years! Lots of choices for meal options, the best milk shakes with many flavors! It might be time to update the interior, everything feels sticky.

Not friendly service at all. Took a couple of minutes for us to even get noticed. A pretty long wait time for us to get our food. Meat patties burnt around the edges and brown lettuce. I will not be return to this location.

I worked at zips as a teenager, when papa joes were $.99. Somewhere along the way Zips forgot they were a fast food restaurant. You could get a cheaper and better burger or chicken/ fish basket at pryors. The food is good at some locations (veredale. N. Market st, trent locations) but hit or miss at others, due to different owners.

I ordered two grilled chicken salads and they hardly had any lettuce in them awfully small for15 bucks!! Never again!?

Love Zips but new cashier was working the counter and struggling a little but still very nice.

Same expensive zips prices, asked for a turkey swiss cold, got a turkey pepper jack hot. Fries weren't salted either. Very slow service as well. Choose a different zips.

Normally good, tonight's crew 01/03/20 8:30pm...just didn't care, my burgers were so soaked in grease from a unclean grill that it soaked through the wrapper and bag.. an was just dripping...it looked disgusting. I went back for a refund an they did not even comp the shake for wasting my time an fuel.

Maybe I just haven't gotten used to the pricing and quality of fast food in these parts - but this chain seems a smidge on the high side price wise for the quality. I ordered chicken tenders that were decent, albeit small; and the onion rings that were overly oil saturated and small in quantity. My wife ordered a burger that she said was just ho-hum. If the price had simply been ho-hum I'd rate differently - but candidly for the money I'd go to BK before Zips again. I wouldn't necessarily avoid it - I simply wouldn't seek it out.

Told them that I had a dairy allergy. Verified that what I was ordering had no dairy. When I received my order the wrapper and bun were covered in cheese. Returned it and asked for a new one ( which they made) but they were rude and acted annoyed about my wanting a new order. Also was with family who is gluten free. They said they had gluten free buns that cost extra. We ordered them. Rang up order then tell us they don't have any and have to cancel entire order to remove extra charges. They were very unfriendly and rude. Definitely not allergy friendly.

On April 21st 2020 this Zips location has switched to a lower quality of beef. Its the same quality of beef that you get from a gas station burger. This was a horrible experience from a Spokane Institution. What happened? I will never pay those prices again for gas station beef.

As a first time visitor, I relied on previous visitor experiences and reviews, and was not disappointed with my food. In fact, I found it interesting, that coming from the Seattle area where fish and chips are a fresh staple, that this was the best and most generous serving of fish and chips I have had in a very long time.

Food is amazing, as always at Zips.However, not sure what it is, but this Zips is Extremely slow in the drive thru.I realize Zips doesn't cook and put burgers in drawers like other fast food joints, but this one has a consistency of taking 10+ minutes to get through the drive thru.

While the food was good, the amount of time it took to get two burgers and fries was crazy. There were only 3 cars ahead of me to begin with, and none had more than one bag of food and yet the wait was over 15 minutes. While the gal in the window "apologized" it was nothing more than canned speech with no real feeling behind it. Nothing to make you feel as if you are wanted as a customer. I have always loved Zips since I was a kid, however when it costs nearly as much as a sit down restaurant where you actually receive service and usually have food in the same amount of time I think that will be an option weighed more heavily in the future. The service at Zips has really gone downhill.

The food tasted like it was from a dumpster and the prices are way too high

I can't recall ever paying so much for so little food, even at A & W. The fried cod actually tasting like warm water, and the breading wasn't even cooked completely. I'm from out of state, so if I ever get a chance I'll try a different zips location. But McDonald's is down the street and tastes like gourmet food compared to here.

I really like to eat here great Burger's and awesome fries.

The food was delicious, the staff was efficient and the price was worth while. Subtracting one star because low stocked items in the lobby area.

Zip's is always good . Try the old favorite. Hobo. Hobo R good. Not on the menu anymore .but a long time employee will know what it is..try. It .!

Horrible service, was in drive through never greeted at the pay window. So in my confusion I pulled up. The drive thru employee walked past me went to the first window and proceeded to help the car that pulled up behind me. Completely skipping my order. Not once coming where I was.

Always the best burgers and fries.
